I faced issues with the mattress topper during my stay. It shifted around too much and made the bed quite high. This was uncomfortable for my family and affected our overall rest.

A delightful stay! The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the town center and very accessible from the transport hubs. My room boasted a generous size and an impressive shower. The attentive staff even gifted me a bus ticket to Travemunde. Breakfast was worth indulging in, serving vibrant options to start your day right.

Although the bar was closed during my visit, the friendly staff made up for it, particularly during breakfast where they handled everything smoothly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would choose to return on my next trip to Lübeck.

i had a wonderful stay at intercityhotel luebeck. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. the staff were fantastic, especially the young man at the front desk who had great restaurant suggestions and even brought us extra pillows. our room was very quiet with blackout curtains.

I had a pleasant stay, enjoying the nice breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Holstentor. My room was clean and had a comfortable layout. I appreciated the air conditioning, though it was a bit noisy at full speed. Street noise was sometimes bothersome, especially when the window was open, but it was manageable. I faced a frustrating issue during check-in regarding my room assignment due to my dog. I had booked a King Superior room but received a smaller, darker room instead. This led to an awkward conversation with the manager about a promised refund that never materialized. The bar was not operational during my visit, which was disappointing. Breakfast service could improve, as there were times when glasses were missing. Despite these issues, I think the hotel has a lot of potential.
